hey mate ;-) clokd this on ebay,, its a top coat,,, ive one in a xlarge in a lime green colour,, but all the zips are exposed with no windflaps ,, think it was a d.i.y from the previous owner,, either way it looks the nutts with them removed,,,, if i ever buy anothr of these i will be having the flaps professionally removed to show all those lovely lampos,,, so if the futre owner of this doesnt mind altering it a bit,, id deffo reccomend doing it,,
