Stone Island Vintage AW’93 Reflective Jacket

My friend had one of these jackets when they first came out and still I remember just being floored when I first saw it. At the time I was poor, unemployed student, so a reflective jacket was pretty far out of my reach, but fast foward 15 years and the piece that got me into Stone Island is finally part of my collection. This piece has quite a history of its own. The previous owner also worked with Franco Buccoleri, and had this incredible piece stored unworn for the last 15 years.
Special thanks to Rob for letting me add this incredible piece to my collection.
Not only was this piece BNWT, but it also came in the original plastic bag shown above top left.

B- for commentary though, season 19 is AW93, also the Gruppo GFT tags weren’t used from SS94 onwards
I really think you shouldn’t buy any more jackets this year, you need time to appreciate the ones you already have…

Too true about the year… 19 is definitely AW93. Guess the SI 1994 on the swing tag meant AW93-04.
