Luca, before you start making rude comments, understand that this is a forum T-Shirt which was created for ONLY members on my forum by a member on my forum who happens to run 12th man. While the t-shirt is based on my forum icon which is a mash up of my favorite Mille and Ma.k fig, I do not sell nor profit from the t-shirts as the forum t-shirts were produced and sold by 12th man. I have long been promoting ma.k on my blog for others to learn about them.

I by no means am claiming ma.k is my creation and my post clearly credits that this is a Ma.k in giant green letters in the title “Mille Ma.k T-shirt”. So to be honest I have no idea why you are so upset. Do you go around making rude comments every time you see a tshirt with a storm trooper on it?

    I wasn’t being rude.
I was merely stating that Kow Yokoyama, maschinen krieger, Ma.k, SF3D and zbv300 were not mentioned anywhere here, nor is he mentioned on the t-shirt.

if they’re not your creation, and not All guys bought your t-shirts knows for sure, specific it please, that should be right.
I’m very easy, and said an obvious and clear thing, that’s all, so your recommendations aren’t needed.

    dear sir

the issue comes with the artwork. the are kow yokoyama’s designs. to use them for commercial purposes without official licensing violates yokoyama’s copyright. regardless of it being a private sale, they are being offered here in the public domain. simply saying ‘MaK’ does not legalise what you are doing.

in otherwords, your selling someone else’s design and without a copyright statement, you are effectively claiming it as your own work. something like MaK (c) Kow Yokoyama is traditionally required…but even then, does not legalise the product.

    Dear Found,

I have just read the posts above and can understand where they are coming from, I cant name the planet specifically I’m sure one of the aliens will reply to this and tell us. The one thing this has done is opened other peoples eyes to Kow Yokoyama and his maschinen krieger and brought it to a a wider audience, which can only be a good thing. The one thing I didnt know was that Koy Yokoyama invented space suits/telemetry suits, and are purely his idea.
